By consuming chicken wings at Antimony Brewing, LLC, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with eating spicy food. I accept full responsibility for any injuries, reactions, or damages that may occur and agree to hold harmless Antimony Brewing, LLC, including its owners, employees, principals, and affiliates, from any and all liability.
This release of liability includes, but is not limited to, injuries or damages resulting from the effects of spicy food or its overconsumption.
I understand that the chicken wings may contain peppers with the following estimated Scoville Heat Units (SHU), which may vary in intensity:
Jalafuego Peppers: 4,000–8,000 SHU, Habanero Peppers: 100,000–350,000 SHU, Fatalii Peppers: 125,000–400,000 SHU, Habanero Caribbean Red: ~450,000 SHU, Ghost Peppers: ~1,000,000 SHU, Scorpion Peppers: ~1,200,000 SHU, Death Spiral Peppers: ~1,300,000 SHU, Carolina Reaper Peppers: 1,640,000–2,000,000 SHU
I acknowledge that consuming the above-mentioned peppers involves inherent risks that cannot be fully eliminated due to the nature of the food and its ingredients. These risks include, but are not limited to:
-Burns to the mouth or skin
-Burning or stinging of the eyes or other body parts if touched after consumption
-Painful evacuation of bowels
-Vomiting (which will result in instant disqualification and total shame)
-Temporary or ongoing stomach pain or digestive distress
-Gas or flatulence
-Elevated heart rate, blood pressure, sweating, or other physical reactions
-Anxiety, stress, or other emotional or physical responses related to consuming spicy food
